Turning Crime into Community Gain |
Seized Goods Turned Into School Support Hundreds of pounds’ worth of confectionery seized from a shoplifter has been donated to a local Rochdale school after attempts to identify the original victim were unsuccessful.
Rather than being disposed of, the items will now be used at summer fairs across the Rochdale area, helping schools raise funds while bringing enjoyment to local families.
The donation highlights how the proceeds of crime can be repurposed to deliver positive outcomes for the community.
